In order to perform your pre-approval, we need to collect information about your income, assets, and credit history. While we will not provide you with a final credit decision as a result of this counseling, the financial information you provide and information we receive from the credit bureaus will allow us to give you an estimate of the mortgage size and program that will best meet your financial goals.

By clicking submit, I/we have requested a mortgage pre-approval from George Mason Mortgage, LLC (GMMLLC) through "The Peterman Group". I agree to provide truthful information with regards to income, employment and financial history. I also understand that it will be necessary to pull a copy of my/our credit report in order to complete the pre-approval. I/we authorize the release of this information.

I/We understand that I/we have not formally applied for a mortgage loan that a final credit decision will not be made as a result of this pre-approval. The purpose of this request is to provide GMMLLC with sufficient information that will allow us to provide you with a pre-approval letter and make future recommendations with regards to loan programs and mortgage financing.
